My stay at this hotel started off terribly due to unexpected construction noise early in the morning, which was a rude awakening after a long day. The chaotic scene outside with debris and damaged property was alarming, especially with toddlers in tow. On the flip side, the construction manager was very accommodating and took responsibility for the car damage, but the hotel management was less than helpful. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired despite the clean room and convenient location.
